Respirator Medical Evaluation
Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire
Respirators must be used in workplaces in which employees are exposed to hazardous airborne contaminants. When respiratory protection is required employers must have a respirator protection program as specified in OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard (29 CFR 1910.134). Before wearing a respirator, workers must first be medically evaluated using the mandatory medical questionnaire or an equivalent method.
Top Gun Oilfield Training Center has partnered with an online health screening program developed by DR. William H Lohman, MD.
The health screening process is simple. The screening process starts with the user inputting basic information, then following the prompts, a series of questions are presented to the user. Based on the answers provided, the program produces a pass/fail result which is then reviewed by the reviewing physician.
The entire process takes less time to complete than a routine office visit, saving you time and money.
This has to be done before a Fit Test can be initiated.
